Adsense a con, don't use them

Hi, I've just realised what a con adsense is. Ive been with them for 4 months now, earned nothing the 1st month, $150 the 2nd, $260 the 3rd and they paid fine. Earned up to $600 the 4th and was on $700 when they disabled my account. My earnings went up because i went from 8 sites after 3rd month to 14 sites and went hell for leather on seo. Managaed to get 1 site into 1st on altavista, 4th on google uk and 6th google com, all for different keywords on same site.

Ive never asked anyone to click and never clicked my own. I think, after reading some questions about this, that i have been banned because of the area clause. Apparently they check the area most clicks come from. Unfortunately for me I own a computer repair shop and this was the 1st site i built. I have a links page to all my other sites, on a seperate page with nothing saying to click there. Most people from the local area whose computer Ive fixed have the website addy and some of them probably click on other sites, theres nothing wrong with that as far as i know.

I have sent an appeal which was turned down, they refuse to tell me why they banned me so as far as i can tell they just wait till you have a really good month then disable your account and keep the money, a total con. I have written to them again and threatened legal action, i will also put this message on every board i am a member of. I am absolutely fuming that I have done nothing wrong and in effect they have stolen $700 of my money that I earned. To get to top spot I literally spent weeks working on my seo. Whats worse is i use webeden, a sitebuilder using flash. Because of this I cant use adbrite or bidvertiser or anyone like that because you cant insert html code, you need to take a banner pic then save it, upload it then link it. Thing is ive checked with them and this cant be done because of rolling ads, moving objects etc.

Does anyone know if legal action is even possible in this case? Would like anybodys view and if they know of anything that could help it would be much appreciated.

No problem, just gutted they can take over £500 without reason. I even asked them why and they sent me an email saying they dont give reasons. A smaller company would never get away with it.

I am sure a lot of satisfied users of adsense may disagree with this. But thanks for the heads up buddy. This will serve as a reminder.

Remember that they are very strict with their rules and they do enforce them fully
they also constantly are monitoring ad clicks!

They are greatly known for waiting to inform you that you broke the rules until payout is due! I mean why not, as they see it you somehow broke their TOS/AUP so they then take advantage of you

I would reread all the TOS and AUP and make sure that there were no rules broken and continue to file a dispute with them...if you are sure that you didn't break any of their rules then you should be able to get your payment but it will take a lot of time and effort to convince them

google's a guilty until proven innocent mindset

Yeah their TOS are very sticky, if you don't comply with them, they will bann you without any notice.
