Break out frames (javascript)

I noticed someone already posted a way to do this but my way is better in my opinion as it does still allow you to frame your own pages.

how are we going to do this?
we will see if the top location matches the host of your site, if not it must be a frame by someone else.

This helps your sites when your pages are shown on other site's frames. Many top sites, directories, ect.. shows their listed sites under frames. Putting this code on your page helps to remove those pages and shows your pages fully to the browser window.

i would assume you will put it in the header of your files

so between the <head> and </head> tags....

it can be anywhere but its best to put it above all html as it will load very quickly and the user might not even notice it happening
