Can direct upload n another for url upload both be integrate with forum?

I've two nice scripts for direct upload n another for url upload with rename option. I want this two scripts to b in my forum's reply option. So,can this two things b integrated at a one place? I need it.

To show the exact uploaded files with its posts, you have to make a little scripting also on the forum script. The better thing is to use a forum that having attaching facility.

phpbb3 is the better option lol then again i've not used any of the listed forums....
but having moderated on vb forums, phpbb3 is getting closer.....
