This is so simple to make ajax pages. You even get examples including ajax blog.
Check it out it is great. I have been playing with this couple of days now...

I am having connecting to the site, It take very slow to load? Why is that? and the %minute tutorial wont load. It says "cannot find server"

Normally sourceforge.net is good on their connection. They have different servers on different location. Try with another download mirror.
