Control Panel

Im going to develop a new server control that is easy to install and manage. as i go along will will post a diary i this topic of whats happening. Whhen its ready to be released for alpha testing a Beta Testing i will let you know but its a long way from that . Before i start i will need to aquire some things like a site where i can get high quality icons for free, anyone know?

yes it will be able to be used for hsting purposes, hopefully it will be able to integrate with cpanel, but its mainly for managing a server. i aim to make it so that you can just upload the files and run the installer, nothing complicated like installing it through SSH. but before i go anwhere i will do the GUI first so ill need to know some icon sites that offer professional icons for free as this control panel will be available under the GPL

ok so ive started on the layout which is progressing at a nice rate. now i need to do the nvigation, anyon kow of any free xp looking dropdown menus

CrazyRob, if you released the beta anyone could download it, right? I mean its free. What about if you ffinished and released the stable version, would it still be free? Hope yes!

yeh of course i will have 2 licence settings a free one and a paid one the paid on will have a few more features but the paid one will only be like £35 a year for unlimited domains. i will also be giveing away 10 free licences to beta testers

What OS will your cPanel work? cause I have Windows.
I am not very familiar with Linux.

it will be sold in pounds Sterling and coded in HTML, PHP. will be a hosting management control panel. will have windows support. yes anyone can download the beta but its a long way off that yet.
