del.icio.us - link exchange? To Help PR

I found this in another forum and thought it'd be kinda nice to start here

though they have the no follow tag on their site, except for on the popular page (which with help our sites can be listed there).If nothing else it's still another place to get your site listed on and for people to stumble across...

basically it's an online bookmark but it keeps track of how many people bookmarked that site with them and then obviously the more popular sites get listed on the popular page

@Dhanraj: I didn't understood del.icio.us completely myself, but the main idea is that this helps our page ranks and it doesn't take long so... works for me.
As Shadav said, it's something like an huge on-line bookmarks page. It says how many time a certain site was bookmarked ( if the person that bookmarked it is a delicio.us user) and as he said, it seems that search engine crawlers visit del.icio.us often and therefor, bookmarking eachother sites there will increase our page ranks.

ok cedik is mostly right
it is basically an online social bookmarking site
It's a quick and easy way to get some traffic to your site
As for the bots, unfortunately I believe that they do not allow bots to index any pages except for the most popular page
but even still as said, this is a quick and easy way to get your site into more peoples eyes
and if lucky you may get onto the most popular page, heaven help you if you do...that is instant pr and traffic boast to your site!

it's an online bookmarking site...the more people you get to bookmark your site, the better chance (hopefully) you'll have to get your site listed onto their "Most Popular Page"
Delicious is a high traffic site, however they do not allow bots to crawl their pages, only the most popular page is allowed to be crawled...
so if you are one of the lucky ones to get your site listed there, you will get instant traffic and pr boost!

Even if you don't get onto that page, as I said it is a high traffic site so it is basically just another place to get your site posted at for free and be seen by people
