http://www.sharebigfile.com/ is the best that I have come across.... 300 MB files and direct links!

largest one i have come across has been 10GB with Diino (you get 10GB for a few months but then they drop you to 2GB)

I got it free with some magazine im not sure if other people have to pay for it though

I also want direct link access. Many of the file hosting service doesn't provide this facility. They would like to show their banners and ads on download time.

I noticed the site http://www.sharebigfile.com/ . It is in my consideration. Also 300MB is enough for me.

The site http://sharebigfile.com doesnot provide direct links for uploaded files. Instead they provide their page's link where you want do verification for download.

That is not I mean. I want exact direct links for the uploaded files.

You could try http://www.megaupload.com/, it isn't completely direct links although you could easily work out what the direct link was! 500 MB max. upload!
