getting rid of ActiveX popup

I am wondering if there is a type of code I can use to bring up MP3 files on my website without the ActiveX control popping up in IE. I know that a lot of people do not have a popup blocker activated, but a lot of them do. This is the code that is currently on my website:

When a visitor gets to my page in IE they have to click the ActiveX control to access the page. This doesn't happen in Mozilla. Is there a better code for this?
