How to add attachment feature in members reply page?

hi, i wanna knw that how to add attachment feature in members reply page and it should b appear in respected post of member like this forum hav... So pls tell me the procedure for it .... Pls

To add attachments for your post's reply, Click on the new reply icon relating to every thread.



Then you enter into the advancer reply page.

There you have option to change the Post subject, post icon, add your message with, Post Options, amd then Attachments.

In New Attachment field, click on "Browse" icon, select the file on your PC, then click on "Add Attachment" icon. Thats all. Your file from PC will be loaded into the post. You can insert those files into your post's different parts by using "Insert into Post" icon after adding an attachment.

Your upload limit is specified on the page and you can only upload to a certain limit.

ivemns, u didnt got me .... I want to add attachment feature in my forum for members ..... So that they can upload thier files i want its procedure how to add that feature?

i m nt having a readymade forum script... I hava diff script n i had modified it with my friend have a look at my forum .... iROCK FORUM

The forum is not working....

You can't make this kind of features in simple steps. I suggest you to better go with a forum script. You can't match your forum to the scripts made by huge community.

I suggest you to install a MyBB forum for your site. It is free and highly secured.

You can use PhpBB. That is free one. There is mod available for WAP version for the forum. So try that. May be you will get the attachment feature with the WAP mode..

Those are email attachment scripts. Not a forum attachment.

Normally forum attachments are integrated with forum scripts. May be you can find some script on the net.. But that it is difficult to make an attachment script that can be integrated with any forum..

Worldy, go for freeforums.org or forum5.com or forumer.com's forum hosting. They give inbuilt attachment facility n u can also get mod center to modify ur pages n ol.

opps lol sorry didn't realize those were for email, i had tried to filter through all the email attachment crap...

Lord Daksh, I believe they are wanting the forum to be part of their own site, what you are suggesting is for them to sign up with a free forum host site...
I'd still have to agree with ivenms and download a ready made script such as phpbb3 or mybb
phpbb2 has a mod you can install for this, phpbb3 (still in beta) automatically comes with this feature...not sure about mybb but it either comes with it or has a mod you can install for it....

What about Chipmunks board? I'm trying it now.

last day i searched bit on google and realized that mybb is continuosly hacked nowadays
so iven bro plz take care of our forum
/and zayan use an upload integrated script instead of building one,it'd lose a hell lot of time

This site is very secured. The problem happens with those sites which are not upgraded to the latest version. Old versions have some security problems. But the latest versions are doing fine till now.

worldy the advanced scripts are mybb n vb
vb is a paid one and other is ipb.so many mod for all these,so you leave ideas about own script and install any of this scripts
