we are using here adwords in order to make the most use of adsense, but i really want the opposite, i want my ads to be targeted, I want to avoid people following this artice just to get revenue : Big Grin from my ads without follwoing it

You will get some visitors from adsense who likes to get there. That is sure...

First of all, what kind of website do you have? Because I know some people that have games or music websites, and those are the worst earnings ever. Because there is music on your site, and the ads will be about music too, and they don't pay that much. So it depends on the kind of your site, I think.
