just a suggestion
I have a suggestion. When I post something, after that I need to post again, but it says wait 5 more seconds, wait 2 more seconds and so. I think you should make it zero on the waiting time between posts. Just an idea.

Ya in most of da forums,even time limit is 90seconds. In big big forums too. Oh! I hate to wait,so I LIKE WMF for this nice feature! Yo...
This forum not using that much time limit because it is not that big. Big forum must go with bigger time limit to avoid crashing their servers. There may be several posting requests on the same time. This really affects the performance of the server.
This place also implement the normal features used on big forums when this forum become big.

Oh,i dint know dis fact! But Iven,have u been to FWS forum? I really hate dat forum. Its contents r ultimate n awesome,but its forum rules r just shit parts. Even when i'm posting or making a new thread also,it says, OUR MODERATOR WIL HAVE A LOOK AT THIS POST AND THEN IT'LL BE POSTED. What a heck! I dont like such stupid rules man! They act too smart.

You said that "Its contents r ultimate n awesome". That is only because their strict rules. Big forums often use strict rules to avoid spams. Because it is not easy to handle big forums. Many forums moderates the newbies posts before publishing it..
