ivenms bro i heard that nowadays top ad companies banning those using frames to runn advertizements
is that true
and is this frames relevant for SEO

Frames are ancient markup but still people use them. Search engines have problems with crawling them if they are not least optimized, but the do not get banned. For God's sake.

Adsense only allow publishers to put their ads on content pages, not on IFrames. That is because you can use hidden texts on a single page which filled with high rated keywords. So ads on that page are of high CPC. This gives non relating ads to the page content, but the clicks generates more cash.

And about SEO, Webnauts knows better thank me..

I've not used a single iframe or table in my site. Is it needed? I dont think so. Anyways,say me.

Avoid IFRAMES as much as you can. But you can't avoid tables on a well structured HTML page. There is an option of replacing the tables with div tags. But still I believe that tables are better options. Also tables are not the enemy of search engines, on my opinion.
