MyBB CSS Question

I have a simple question...
In a myBB forum, in order to change the color of the thread description text. which part of the CSS must I edit?

I would like to use the same color schematics as this forum. I mean, not the same colors, but where the text here is black, I would like it black too on my site. And where the site has this unique greenish nuance, I would like to have my own color.
Ivenms, do you think you could give me the xml file of this forum? Too see just which parts to edit? Or at least tell me what and where I must edit, please!

Go to Administrator Menu >> Themes >> Modify / Delete.

Select your theme and edit the theme style. On there, every part of the theme is explained and you can simply edit its parts.

Well, I was there, but I didn't knew exactly what those parts ment. I finally made it work after I found some explanations on the myBB site but it's still not allright. It would be nice if there was a "map" of the css areas, with their names and images.
It would surely help a lot of peope
