Need help in PHP Installation

I have many problems in installing PHP on my computer. I posted here as it has something to do with Server-Side. I have tried it on both Apache and IIS, one by one but I am not able to solve out the problem. The launcher says that it was not able to find the files required. Eventhough, I had the files placed in the correct directory, I got the same problems. If you can help me out in this, contact me via IM.

For installing php, apache and mysql in windows platform, prefer wamp server: http://www.wampserver.com/en/

There are also many other installation packages, but I found wamp as more supportive and easy to handle. My platform is windows Vista and wamp server is working very successful with every PHP and mysql features.

It also support installation of different versions of php and mysql with its installation package.
