NEED HELP IN REGISTRATION FORM OF ADSENSE

Hey guys,i've put up a new blogspot now,only to place my Google Ads there,but when i'm going to register for Adsense,i'm totally getting confused. There r two address forms in their registration form. What to fill in that two forms? N wen i'm entering my address also,its saying ADDRESS TOO LONG. Now what is this? Someone please help me in filling da form word by word.

The registration form contains three different parts.

Website Information:

• Website URL: Home page URL of your web site which is going to show google ads. You can use blogs also for showing ads. A site or blog with minimum of 50 pages or article is essential for successful registration.
• Website language: Select your website's language. English ads gives more revenue. So I prefer English sites.
  

• Account type: Two options available - individual or business. Select individual if you are using the adsense for your sites.
• Country or territory: Select your country. Adsense support lot of countries. This option helps you to get money according to your country's currency.
• Payee name: This name is used on your checks. Your Payee name needs to match the name on your bank account. Payee must be at least 18 years of age to participate in AdSense.
• Street Address: Your home address. Your payments are going to deliver to this address.
• City/Town: Address....
• State: Address....
• ZIP: Your postal zip. Continuation of your address.
• Phone: Your phone number.
• Email preference: Optional...

• Agree with the following statements:
  
  • I agree that I will not click on the Google ads I'm serving through AdSense.
  • I will not place ads on sites that include incentives to click on ads.
  • I agree that I can receive checks made out to the payee name I have listed above.
  • I will not place ads on sites that include pornographic content.
  • I certify that I have read the AdSense Program Policies.
    

Try to keep ur address short
e.g. for mahatma gandhi road u can use m.g. rd

Don't forget that they are sending you the money directly to the address you given. If you misspelled it, some one can take your money...
