Hey Iven,Mrs.Shadav,Cedik,Menard,i need your all urgent help. I'm totally down to earth now! I've got two BEST OFFERS from two sites,but they r not accepting any site easily. I badly need to make a simple easy with very few nice template site now. They r offering 5$/month 2keep their banner in a site. Now please please please help me and suggest me that,what type of site or what contents should i keep to get it approved by all such important affiliate or banner exchange sites. I'm really worried now. Please say.
Could you be a little more...uh...lucid? Though I employ the occasional Zen Koan for meditation, I really don't need that kind of perplexity with a webmaster issue.
Are you paying them $5 a month to display your banner (which, if you are, kindly slap yourself upside the head for me as you can get all kinds of banner exchanges for free), or are they offering you $5 a month to have you display their banner on your website?
Are you wanting to change the template, and possibly content, of your present site to get it accepted by them, or are you wanting to design a new site that would be better for hosting banners, or being accepted?
I'm damn sure that such networks wont accept my site at any cost,as it contains a lot of hacked stuffs,hacking tricks,bit porn stuffs for friends,etc. Now i need to make a total new but SMALL SITE,only to use it for such banner networking sites. If possible,please upload some small,but good templates which i can use,n can get da sure approval from them. Also tell me,what type of contents should i keep in order to get it approved. What type. Shall i make like a blog site for FREE CALLS or VOIP WORLDWIDE,bla bla bla. Shall i?

Your sites are not near to the normal standard for good web sites. I said that before. You have to learn every HTML basics and graphical design to make good site. You can do good web pages with the help of softwares like frontpage or other... Put your pages with layouts, ie. arrange your web page's contents in order. Then shift your site to top level domains rather than using free sub domains.
The easier way to make a good site is to make a blog on blogger or similar free blog providers. You can also apply for advertising programs with neat, popular, regularly updating blogs.

A good blog is that one which holds some good number of backlinks and regular updates. Personal blog is not good for advertising. Since you are good with mobile technology, let start a blog relating to that. Then update the blog daily with good writings. Submit it to several search engines and blog search engines. Definitely you will get good number of visitors if your writings are handy and useful for others.

Am not aware of every one's policies. But many of the leading publisher programs accept good blogs. You can make a good blog with the help of blogger.com. Wordpress is another better option since they facilitated with many plugins.
Also blog under top level domain really going to work for your every needs.

You see, that's the way to go.
Pick something that you are good at when you are making a site. It doesn't matter if there are other topics much more attractive per total if you lack the knowledge.
You see, someone that has a... let's say a site about cars receives much more traffic than someone that has a site about telephones ( I'm just giving an example, it doesn't mean it's true) but if you'll try to make a site about cars you won't do much of a site since you are not good at that subject. But a site about mobile phones will be a better choice since you know the subject and it will be easy for you and you'll also know what to do.
Of course, everything I said was hypothetically.
i think a blog would be good for you and i would suggest wordpress, it's easy to use and comes with a lot of free templates and some that have set spots for ads!
but even still most people will not pay to advertise on a subdomain! if you are really wanting a quality site to sell links and banners on then you will need to purchase a top level domain to use it on (yoursite.tld) not a free subdomain (yoursite.hostsite.tld)
if blogging is to indepth for you, then try a directory script, doesn't take much to it...but you will need to keep it up to standards and good quality sites, otherwise you are just right back to where you are now....only a better looking poor content site!

Never forget that there are many scam programs working on the same features. So be careful when you joining with programs like that. Always find or ask reviews about non famous programs. Never join with those programs which not giving any reviews or bad reviews.

Oh really,thanks man! I'll do that. N i've a nice site,by which members from US,UK,CANADA,etc and many other Europe countries can make 50$ a day(need to work for atleast 8hrs). First of all, read their terms of service. They only accepts certain sites that under specific categories. Sites like that normally not going to accepts blogs, forums, other scripts, ect...
Ya they have terms that,they wont accept any blogs,forums,etc,but cutelink.info is a simple and nice site,den whats da behind it! I think,again i should submit and try. If it goes luckily,den it'll do my work.
