I want to know about Pay-ads is it really pay money?

for surfjuky.com, it's a scam, i'm reaching to over 60 $s but no money received! i contacted them but i got no reply! So bad!

While you are joining the PTC sites check their Page Rank. Those who are not having a PR most probably scams. My signature shows two links : bux.to and CarClicks. In those bux.to have PR4 and CarClicks PR5. But some sites are giving the payments very late. That condition may be mentioned in their TOS(Terms of Service). Best of luck.

The person was using a site that was strictly against their TOS

now I see that they did email and ask first..they said they got an email back

what company is going to be all "Yeah we'll let you break or TOS just because we like your site"?
that doesn't make for a good business!

so which is it? a few days and being kind of slow to reply or a few hours?

same for google or any other place. You can not in any form break their TOS/AUP if you do then you will not get paid...that is why that 90% never gets paid, they try to do something that isn't allowed to gain money!

as stated, you must always make sure to read and understand the TOS...of course they will find any reason to not pay...any ad company will do the same.
So long as you abide by their TOS you should recieve payment

OK let it be! However, yesterday, I did create that account but I have only one survey (A June Bonus Website Evaluation is Available.)! I'm afraid that it doesn't support my country! So i used proxy! It also the same as before!

if it doesn't support your country how will you be paid?

also with survey sites, you have to fill out a profile completely and give them some info making sure it's through usually for them to deliver surveys to you.

I had used to use some survey sites some years ago but I got bored with it....plus back then they didn't pay you...you took survey's to build up points that you could later redeem for prizes...and well you had to have a shit load of points to actually get any cash and at that point it wasn't worth it.

But alas the point is that if you didn't fill out the profile or info page that they requested you to do they wouldn't give you surveys except for the generic ones.

No! I had that awsurveys account and i reached aroung 30$s! But later, I forgot about that! I think you have misunderstood! I mean I have only one survey to do! The account before this had many surveys to do! Now there is only one! I mean that! I don't know it support my country or not! How can I be paid? If I have paypal, I can be paid! Isn't it?
There is not many to fill in profile! Why should i didn't fill all?
