Paypal problem


I had a basic account on Paypal. But I wanted to try Premier account. Now I am regretful because Premier account cuts very big debits. I want to go back to my basic account. But I cannot find how to make it.

Does anyone knows how to go back from Premier Paypal account to Basic Paypal account?

i dont have an idea about your case
i think its better to get a new id there,if u have your balance nil there
else let others to respond

But I have a verifies credit card account. If I verify again it will cost 2 dollars nearly. And probably it won't accept the same credit card. I don't have any other card. It is not possible.

I hope someone can help me
