This code removes the subforums in the description,

But what is the usage of removing the subforms display with the description of the forum?
Normally the board scripts are packed with the feature to show the subforms or not. But, this mod is unique on Forums... Smile

it doesn't remove the subforums and the description,
in the description it shows links to the subforums, these links are removed.
i don't believe it has a feature for this however it can also be done in the css.

Can you explain how it is done with the help of CSS?

well in the css theres a class called 'C_subforum'
by adding display:none in that class you'll remove it with the css
should be quite easy
