Now adbrite launching a new site that offers free advertising. Try on that. That is still not launched. But I think that will help many webmasters who need free advertisings.
Unfortunately Iam also thinking the same idea for some time. But not able to publish because of not finding good financier for the program.
digitalpoint does co-op ads, i do co-op ads lol but not such sophisticated system as DP's
co-op ads are great for webmasters...you place your ad into a rotation with others ads, each person with an ad in the co-op ads must place the banner rotation script onto their site, otherwise well they are taken out of the rotation and no free advertising for them...

If you like to join on traffic exchange programs, then there are many sites available. Just search for Banner Exchange. For that, first, make some good banners for your site. Then participate on those sites.
