Hey nice tips walsh. From my side the best and the easiest is through a Publisher account. Just get a site online and you can earn loads.

Hmm... someone told me that you can earn 100$ for making and selling a simple flash games site that has somewhere around 20 unique visitors a day. Is it true? And he also told me that he can gain 20-30$ for a template ( he gave me as an example a wordpress template ).
I don't know if this methods are really good as he says but I trust him since he is a colleague of mine and earns pretty good from selling websites ( he once sold one for a couple of thousands dollars!!! No joke! ).

You can sell your sites for thousands or millions. But you need demand for your site. Template designing is very good way to make money simple. A full day template design can generate $50 to $200. That is a good job if you like to take it as serious job.

A friend of mine offered to sell them for me on a site like digital-point.

After one month putting this thread by Lord_Daksh, I feel it is important to discuss it again. Everybody tell that this is good, that is bad...like that. To get benefit, you should have enough traffic.If you are signing up for different affiliates, ppcs, publisher programmes, no use. There should be people to see that from different parts of the world. Lord_Daksh have your site on 110mb.com. I am also having my site with them. That site is not showing the meta tags..etc. So the crowler can't verify your site. Several time I mentioned this to 110mb's authorities. But they are not correcting their editor. So I think we are not getting the attention of the world population.Till people like us are getting noticed by the world's browsing population then only this kind of programmed would be fruitful. So think the ways for that.

The only way to earn money is to join an affiliate program. Else, you can bring viral traffic to the links where you get paid. I know about many high paying affiliate programs. You can contact me via PM to get more information.

If you have a site that has a good traffic stream, you may also opt as a publisher for PPC ads, or sell links and advertisements directly on your site.
