you could install some sort of credit system so members have to get the right amount of credits to get hosting. This would enable you to also get more users on the forum.

I would try this on the future.

There are a lot of other forums which gives the same hosting facility. Thats why i tried a little different - To buy premium templates and give them free for posting.

yeh thats a good way top get members. But unlike everyone else i join forums for what they are (how good the topics are, members, active users ect) i joined this forum as i found it on google and it has a fairly active community nice members and remindes me of WHT.

Please make a clear definition about the term Web Hosting

Web Hosting: Web Hosting is basically a computer in a place called a Data-Center it is permantly connected to the internet. The computer is called a Server which serves a website. like this site is hosted on a server.

I am not promoting free web hosting now. Because there are already a lot of websites that gives hosting facility. Some of them are offering Unlimited. ( Those who offers large amount for free normally goes offline after couple of months from their announcement. ).. This place is not for cheating webmasters and it is not practical to offer large quota for postings.

Now we are promoting the money for posting program..

Just remember there is no such thing as unlimited in terms of disc space and bandwidth. Many budget web-hosts who offer unlimited hosting are usually seriously overselling. My advise would be never to oversell otherwise things will start to go wrong.

The term "Unlimited" which is used for attracting users ruined many of the Hosting companies.

I think you should try to give hosting reseller too. I am not sure how much does it cost but there are many resellers which are very little cost, for that reason, I want to buy a reseller and give some free hosting becasue as far as I see, in my country, Turkey, there are some people who can't speak English properly, and they search a Free Hosting. I want to provide a free hosting to them.

Could it be hard or normal?

It is easy to give free hosting if you have your own web server.

You can make a lot from the service if you maintain your server properly. But the initial cost is huge for normal person.

But for giving free hosting, it is not good idea to pay for a reseller plan. That can cost you much if you are not able to make money for your reseller provider in some other way.

I think the age of reseller hosting is starting to die out now. Dedicated and Virtual Servers are becoming cheaper by the day so many people are just skipping the reseller account altogether and going in at the deep end.

Search if you want to offer reseller hosting my advice would be to grab yourself a Virtual Server with cPanel. It is by far one of the best control panel available on the market. Most hosts will also provide some sort of management for it as well

Well I have my way to offer free hosting through resellers, im jsut having a problem now of pypal not wanting me to pay :@
