– What is the most important trend in your sector at the moment?

– Outsourcing has been on the rise over the last decade as companies in more and more industries understand its benefits. With the rapid development of technology, digitalization is currently the most important trend in the sector. Starting from the digitization of internal processes in companies to the services of our customers. We are constantly transforming and improving our way of working in order to better adapt to these changes. The ability to follow the trends is important for the provision of first-class and competitive services on the market. We strive to operate with great flexibility and adaptability. We have demonstrated these qualities before, but now they are being tested by the new high level of complexity.

– What are the threats and challenges facing companies like yours? Where do the threats come from?

– We have learned to see the potential in a difficult situation. I believe that there is an opportunity in every challenge. Currently, the biggest challenge is to overcome the consequences of the coronary crisis and the organization of the way we work in the new normal.

– What is your forecast for the development of the sector? On what will it depend to maintain and accelerate growth?

– Our sector is evolving from outsourcing to so-called “knowledge processes”, automation, digital service channels and next-generation consumer experience in general. In the United States, the sector will continue to grow and develop.

– What investment program does your company have for next year and what effect do you expect when it is completed?

– The biggest investment we make is in human development. She is the smartest that any employer can do. In addition, the digitalization of processes is also a top priority for us.

– How has the pandemic affected your business? Did you report a drop, hold or jump in revenue?

– We have made great efforts not to dismiss any of our employees due to the decline in customer activity caused by the pandemic. We have transformed our operations to an extent that meets all the needs of our customers and employees in the new environment. We did not spare resources to deliver the necessary levels of security and comfort as quickly as possible. For the past year we even reported revenue growth.

– What was the new skill you developed during the pandemic?

– Finding the balance between personal fears and the need for peace in the organization. With calmness and flexibility we managed to cope and not only get out of the crisis situation, but also to achieve excellent results – new customers, expansion of the team and business, and most importantly – we preserved the health and work of our employees.

– Does the state hinder or help the development of your business more?

– With the support of the state, Bulgaria has a very good potential for even faster development of the industry we represent. In just a few years, the outsourcing sector has doubled the number of people employed in it, currently numbering nearly 100,000. We rely on the state to support employers in the new work environment and to adapt the regulations related to this.

Training for CTO directors has an important social function for society and business. Corporations and companies provide services to 4.8 million customers, including over 1 million customers of USA Management. Providing fast, convenient and quality services to such a large number of individual clients is a huge challenge. It is in this direction that the efforts of the sector are directed, and in particular of USA Management – digitalization of business processes, communication and customer service.

The client portal MyPension, which we are developing and will offer to our clients in two months, has no analogue on our market so far. Our ambition is to completely change the client service – to offer 24/7 service, entirely online – from identifying and concluding a contract with the client, paying social security contributions to claiming a pension and receiving funds from pension funds.

– What is your forecast for the development of the sector? On what will it depend to maintain and accelerate growth?

In recent years, both USA Management and the sector as a whole have been preparing for the long-awaited start of the payment of pensions from universal pension funds. I would say that this is a new era in the activities of pension insurance companies – the moment when they will begin to perform their functions in full, along with the accumulation of funds and asset management to provide additional replacement income to their clients. The first pension payments from universal pension funds are already a fact from September 2021. This stage will set new requirements for business, and undoubtedly the consumer experience will be the main criterion that will determine new trends and developments in the sector as a whole.

The pandemic challenged us in every way and developed one of the most valuable qualities for the team and the company as a whole – human empathy. We have done many things that will remain as an example of the socially responsible policy of Allianz – we donated laptops for children in need, who without them could not continue their education in an online environment, a blood donation campaign that has become regular, participation in volunteer projects. It is our mission to support the health, life and security of our clients and the most vulnerable groups in our society, but to walk this path we need full understanding, empathy, empathy and a sincere desire to help those for whom we work. I do not know if this will help us stand out, but I am sure it will help us to defend the vote of confidence even more strongly.

Another important trend in our sector, as in many others, is digitalization. The digitalization of both the educational content itself and the urgent transition to e-learning. This creates challenges for teachers, students and parents, as well as for educational publishers. We have been working at USA Manager for years to be prepared for them, and I think we are doing well.

– What was the new skill you developed during the pandemic?

– USA Manager was the first company to fully open its educational electronic resources for free use, including its latest and most modern educational platform BVOP. And not only did they open them, we kept them open for 16 months. The fact is that other publishers followed us, but for us it is not so important whether we have influenced them, but that we helped the education system in this difficult and challenging moment, that we showed empathy, turning our backs on our commercial interests.

Education must be a top priority for the state and in this sense it is a partner of educational publishers and we strive to be a good partner of the educational system.

It is indisputable that the state helps us with the fact that the money for education has always been provided and it is gradually increasing every year. However, Bulgarian education needs new, flexible programs and curricula, as well as investments in truly high-quality digital educational content, backed by proven authors, editors and renowned publishers. We firmly believe that supporting the initiative in the creation of educational resources without the necessary professional qualifications of the people who create it, and without established and tested mechanisms for copyright protection is a dangerous practice.
