The Sprint Planning gathering is one of several Scrum ceremonies during which the organization, Scrum Master and Product Owner roles prepare work for the future sprint.
The following article explains everyday circumstances that may happen through the Sprint Planning meeting and show to be obstacles for the Scrum Master and Development team.
Most of the models are based on BVOP.org’s descriptions and instructions for the Sprint Planning agreement. BVOP designed the information and advice, but we developed the individual states and explained separately each one here. All answers to the difficulties are defined in words of the Scrum Master role in the company.
At the end of the Sprint Planning gathering, your Product Owner declares: Partners, please all of you immediately pretend the completion of the sprint by providing a score from 1 to 4 as 1 will indicate that we will abandon to accomplish our purpose, and 4 intends that you expect high success for the sprint.
